Peter Dann of Craig Perry Peter Dann Architects (CPPD) was engaged to design renovations, secure a builder, and manage works on a 1940’s house, in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We found Peter to be a very good listener, who responded to requested design changes and provided prompt, efficient service. Peter regularly met with the builder and provided timely meeting minutes during the COVID lockdowns. The renovations have transformed a tired old house into a 21-century home. The house looks fabulous, and we are so delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in employing Peter Dann again.
