Crafted Studio

Felicity has nine years experience in professional practice and is a Registered Architect in New Zealand and Victoria, Australia. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Auckland and Masters degree in Architecture from RMIT University in Melbourne. Her design thesis focused on issues of housing affordability and increasing densities in our cities, two things that are of key concern in New Zealand today. Felicity was born in Christchurch, New Zealand but travelled extensively from a young age and spent many of her formative years in Oxford, England before returning to Christchurch for high school. Since then she has lived and worked in Auckland, London and Melbourne and travelled as much as possible searching for inspiration and a different perspective. Before her most recent return to New Zealand, Felicity spent five years working for BG Architecture in Melbourne, on multi-unit residential apartment developments, residential renovations and small commercial fit-outs. Her working relationship with BG continues on as they have now become one of Crafted Studio's biggest clients. Felicity is passionate about design, making and all things creative. She firmly believes that good design can have a positive impact on the lives of those who experience it, no matter how small or big the project or budget. Feeling inspired to do great work for her clients, she has established a practice that focuses on excellent customer service and quality design outcomes.
