My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

C & S Design and Engineering was selected from an excellent pool of firms in the Chequamegon Bay Area. Their approach to our project reflected the calm and quiet that we were seeking in our new home. We brought them our concept plan as developed by a wonderful architect, Jill Lorenz, whom we convinced to work with us just this one last time. C & S brought that plan and our dreams to fruition by putting together the detailed construction plans. We'd never built a house before this one and C & S helped guide us through contractor selection, project oversight, kept our budget in mind, and advised us of the potential impacts of each decision along the way. We look forward to occupancy in December of 2014.
