To put it simply, Esposito Design turned my vision of my dream home into a reality. The perfect new “old house” is what I got when I contracted Bob Esposito to design a new home that would be replacing an old tear down in my historic Atlanta neighborhood. I live in a mature neighborhood that was established in the early 1950s with over 95 percent of the homes being original. I wanted a home that would coexist, yet standout, and be respectful to the existing older homes without sacrificing the details, space, and amenities that are available in today's modern home designs. Bob's design delivered that and much much more. I cannot tell you how many times a neighbor has complemented me about the beauty and conscience design of my home. It was not uncommon for strangers to stop and take pictures for design ideas for their own construction projects. From our initial meeting, Bob was enthusiastically on board with my vision and provided countless suggestions and alternatives that are present in the final design. In addition to his professionalism, years of experience, and innovative design sense; I most appreciate Bob’s guidance and counsel when dealing with the City of Brookhaven Community Development Department on building code matters. On several occasions, he was able to provide design alternatives that would meet unrealistic city imposed setback and lot coverage restrictions. Often, the alternative design was an improvement of the original. Bob was available throughout the construction process as well to advise us on design questions that came up during construction. Thanks to Bob, I have the house I dreamed of and will be living in, and enjoying, for a long time.

We received a referral for Esposito Designs by our Interior Designer, Lauren Leonard. She has partnered with Bob on a number of new home design projects and the recommendations were glowing. Bob has an ability to instill trust from the first meeting- he actively listens to his clients and is able to translate any amount of information into his initial plans. We went in not “knowing” what we wanted out of our home. Bob asked us the right questions and we provided a wish list of our dream home must-haves. When Bob sent us his initial drawing of our home he hit it out of the park. He designed us our perfect home. We leveraged Bob’s knowledge of not just home design, but functionality, flow and process. He has become a vital sounding board to our home project. Once the home design is finalized- he doesn’t move on. He makes himself available to his clients until the end.

My husband and I hired Bob to design a new waterfront home for us. This is our first home that we have built from the ground up. It all can be a little over whelming and scary. Bob’s availability, communication and willingness to listen to our questions and ideas made working with him such a pleasure. His attention to detail helped us prioritize where to spend our money so we did not go over budget. He listened to all of our questions and helped us through the design process. I love my new home! I came to Bob Esposito with a floor plan that didn't fit into the neighborhood and didn't fit on the lot. Bob designed my home that meets both of the criteria and retained the original feel of the plan that I brought, plus a lot of things that I hadn't thought of. Hiring a professional proved to be a excellent investment. My home is perfect for me.

I have worked with Esposito for over 25 years. He has always been one of the best home designers in town. I would venture to say the best. He has designed homes from 1500 square foot to over 5000 including several award winning designs.
