Vince and Lauren led us through the gut renovation of our condo, located in an old riverfront paper mill. The original construction needed a lot of updates, presenting many challenges. They calmly managed the process. We could not be happier, with both Inside Architecture and the finished product. Well done!

We worked with Carolyn on our master bedroom renovation, family room addition and the creation of a usable outdoor living area. Carolyn was easy to talk to and work with. She listened to our ideas and created a great design that addressed our needs and stayed within our budget while at the same time including special details and components inside and out that transformed our home. She developed a great rapport and working relationship with our contractor as well. Carolyn answered all of our questions and provided us with expert guidance during every phase of the project. We are very pleased with the results and we enjoy our home every single day.

We were introduced to Carolyn Chaiko through our contractor. While the project is still underway, we are extremely pleased with the ultimate design Carolyn provided. She is very professional, creative and easy to work with. We started with a few ideas and worked closely with Carolyn to come up with the final design. We are adding a family room, laundry room and mudroom nook, originally we were only thinking of adding a family room. Without her recommendations we would not even have planned on adding the laundry room, which I know will be so fantastic. Carolyn has been very accommodating to the changes we have requested along the way and offered suggestions that have greatly improved the addition. She works well with our contractor so things have been going along very nicely. The outside design is already beautiful and its not even finished! I am an interior designer and I have known and worked with Carolyn Chaiko and Inside Architecture for ten years. We've collaborated on many projects, most recently a custom new house on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. My husband and I worked with Carolyn Chaiko, one of the firms architects. Carolyn designed our addition of a covered front porch and renovations to the front of the house. Adding a beautiful craftsman's style to our 1950's ranch. We are receiving rave reviews from friends, family, neighbors, and delivery trucks - stating our house is the best one on the street! Most important to us was that Carolyn took the time to really listen and pay attention to our requests. She has truly given us a fabulous architectural gift!

My husband and I have worked with the architects at Inside Architecture over the past 6 years to help us restore our 1911 Arts and Crafts home. Over this time they have worked to design and re-build 5 bathrooms, a new kitchen addition to include an arts and crafts front porch and entry, a mudroom and a sunroom. Friends and neighbors have been extremely complimentary of the craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity of these restorations.
