Nanabode was founded by architects with decades of experience designing custom homes and backyard houses. We came to realize that we can make an impact on the nation’s housing shortage by promoting and educating homeowners on the benefits of adding a secondary dwelling unit to their property. By selling our pre-designed plans online we can offer more affordable prices for our fully developed designs. We also offer two designs that are prefabricated in a factory and delivered to your site fully assembled and ready to go. We call this series Nanapod.
