We contacted Seema to design our dream home, armed with nothing more than a crude drawing. Seema was patient and listened to our requirements, incorporating some of the finer details of our thoughts and politely adjusting our more unorthodox ideas (always with thoughtful explanations of why they might not work with the chosen style). She came up with beautiful concepts and introduced creative ways to use all the available space efficiently, while designing a modern home. She incorporated many of our ideas and went through many iterations patiently before finalizing the design. Seema also helped us through the review and city approval process, patiently guiding us through the bureaucracy to get the final approvals. After construction began, she visited multiple times and identified a few major items that the contractor's team had forgotten to consider. This early detection helped us with course correction. In addition to assisting us with the design of our home, Seema also lent her expertise in interior design. She helped us to understand the countless possible combinations of bath tile selections, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, wall colors, light fixtures, and more. We built a modern house with basement (4300 sq ft + garage) in Los Gatos. Seema was the architect for the house. Seema is extremely competent and experienced architect. Also, she is very easy to work with. She explains pros and cons of every design consideration and helps you make an informed decision. Even after her architecture work was completed, we could reach out to her to discuss any challenges we were facing during construction phase. Seema is perhaps one of the best architects out there, and a sincere and thorough professional to work with. It was a pleasure for us to work with her through the entire process of remodeling (rather rebuilding!) our house from concept to final inspection. She has a great taste for design and style, which she brings into various aspects of her architectural work. Seema is amazing. She is so many different ideas. We wanted to make sure that house addition flows well in the house. She did a fantastic job. All guest coming to house, cant figure out when and where the addition was done. Also, we ran into issue just when construction had started and she took this matter as an emergency and got the repermit done with the city. Recommend her highly for your project needs.
