An integrated approach… Ak Consulting is a multi-disciplinary consulting organization providing integrated professional services in Building, Infrastructure, and Land development projects. We are a group of professionals including chartered engineers and architectural licensed building professionals with more than twenty years of experience in New Zealand. We have been providing integrated services for a residential building with architectural, structural, fire, and civil engineering services and undertake building consent applications and construction monitoring for building owners as a complete one solution. In addition, we provide structural seismic assessments and remedial strengthening solutions, building integrity assessment, and structural due diligence/pre-purchase reports. We also prove civil engineering services including road design, stormwater, and wastewater solutions, retaining walls bridge design land development/resource consents applications.
