Handwoven baskets with character, design and practicality in mind. Each basket is designed and 100% hand woven by award winning Artisan/Designer Artha Lebath. Artha specializes in double wall with feather overlay design making each design much more durable. All designs are 100% hand made and are not massproduced, no two baskets are exactly alike, and even working from the same pattern, experiments with different color combinations can result in baskets that have completely different characters and difference in tension of the weave etc . Every basket that Artha makes takes on a life of its own and is given a name when designed, which may not refer to all its actual uses.
