Pre-move is great, but after that, it's terrible. Our belongings were treated with disregard. The delivery driver was terribly rude and refused to complete contracted services until my husband insisted. The delivery crew consisted of the driver and a day laborer who we watched walk up and then watched get cashed out and walk away. They tossed our things around and when they repacked the truck put things in there in such a way that it was obvious they do not respect our goods. Then the run around regarding a complaint was nothing less than painful. They got our 9 grand, and that's all they cared about.

This was my 2nd dance with Accurate Express. Manager and his team were amazing. They provided counseling in what was a very stressful day for me, a voice of reason, and professional guidance. My experience with these movers made me to agree that they are really good. I thought that they were just like other bunch of lazy folks that work in other moving company when I first hired them.
