Brook Perdigon Textiles is a Los Angeles based textile design company offering hand printed fabrics and antique textiles to the interior design market. Featuring collections of unique fabrics printed locally in Los Angeles, Brook Perdigon Textiles was founded on the belief that within all people is the innate impulse to adorn, and places special emphasis on examining cultures or groups of people where that impulse is raw and untrained. The result is a process and practice that stems from hand drawn geometrics – where imperfection is embraced and designs celebrate a folk-like element. Each collection is rooted in art history and informed by the comparisons between two different creative cultures. All designs begin with either a painted sketch, block print, or hand-cut silk screen and end in a hand-screened fabric on Belgian linen. Brook Perdigon Textiles are available to the trade in showrooms across the United States, Cananda, and Australia.
