What I do is gather information by asking questions as to what in the heck is on your mind, take a bit o' time to process that data & create a game plan in my mind. Then, together we go to work. Depending on the job I either start bending rebar, welding, having a ton of fun or building some custom mold to throw balls of concrete all over and create a countertop, wine cellar, dungeon, dragon, what floats your boat. I then take the last payment and we journey on.
