Wonderful wildlife paintings. The Pronghorn antelope painting brought back the time I had spent in Wyoming. I could almost feel the wind blowing and the smell of sagebrush on a summer afternoon

About eight years ago we had an open competition for local artists to produce artwork that would be used to promote and brand a scientific conference. Deian's piece depicting a lingcod lunging at a rockfish was the favorite of the organizing committee, and was selected as the winner. We used the original art, along with several sub-pieces Deian subsequently produced for us, for conference posters, the cover of the abstract book, coffee mugs, pint glasses, and limited edition beer bottles from Rogue Brewery. Deian's artwork was brilliant and working with her was a pleasure. She produced everything we wanted and more, and on time or ahead of schedule.

Deian is detailed, careful and quality orintated. She has amazing talent and work ethics. Her honesty and respect are part of the many qualities that make up her character.

I have followed Deian Moore's art for more than 10 years. Her wildlife and landscape scenes are exquisite. Perhaps her biggest strength is her ability to capture the relationship between animal and habitat, an ability which comes from intensive study of her subjects and great attention to detail. Her paintings of fish are perhaps my favorites.
