I was very happy with Drakestone designs! I purchased a reclaimed wood box that I thought would go perfectly on my dining table or entryway. The order came quickly, but when it did I noticed some of the wood was "too rustic" for my taste- it looked like it had been rotted away in a couple of places. I sent an email to the seller and shared with them my concern, along with a couple of pictures, and within 24 hours they had a new box shipped out to me! I could not be more happy with the customer service I have received. Prompt, friendly, and beautiful pieces to boot. I can't wait to get it on display!

I ordered several "thankful" boxes made out of reclaimed wood for Christmas gifts. My order was ready quickly and I loved the character of each box. They were all well put together and sturdy and I appreciated the personal touch of "thankful" and "blessed" on the boxes that made each gift unique. I ended up ordering another one for myself! My friends really liked their gift as well. One friend said she put mason jars in it for pens and office supplies. Another uses it for mail. I love that it was such a usable gift. I will definitely look into other products from Drakestone for future gifts and home use.

Drakestone Designs created beautiful reclaimed wood bookshelves that I put on the wall of our daughters nursery. They turned out perfectly and match the shabby chic look I wanted for the room. I was quite surprised when the bookshelves so arrived quickly (within a week of me placing my order). Craftsmanship and customer service was great!
