The owners of this shop found an image of a painting for me that I could not get a hold of seemingly anywhere else. They then went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the print they produced. An excellent printer.

I found the print I wanted on the website but had a couple questions In Regards to the process & general home design. I called & spoke with Sara, who was extremely helpful & professional. After having all my questions answered I completed my order online & received my print in a very timely manner. The product was incredible & far exceeded my expectations. My canvas print is now happily at home on my living room wall, BEAUTIFUL!!! I will absolutely be ordering again from encore, wonderful service, wonderful people & an incredible product. On their website, I was able to choose from a wide variety of artists and subjects throughout their website. Once I found my painting, I was able to choose the size, border, wrap style, framing vs no frame and many more options! I loved the creative option of putting my painting in a virtual room on their website so that I was able to compare it in size to a piece of furniture. For instance, I was looking for a painting to go over my couch and on their website I was able to put the painting that I chose over a virtual "living room" setting and change the background wall color on the living room to match my own. It was VERY helpful in visualizing it. The painting arrived quickly and was packaged very safely so it arrived in perfect condition! My only complaint would be the cost of shipping, but I did have it shipped across the country! And they have great sales, so using one of those would offset the cost of shipping.
