We hired Century Painting to paint the exterior of our house and stain our patios. Jack and team were great to work with. They communicated well through every step of the process and finished the job on budget. They gave new life to our house and we are so pleased with the finish product. We had such a great experience using Century Painting, we would certainly hire them again.

Jack is the best! I've used his company for my personal properties a few times now and they always do a great job. He is reliable, gets the job done quickly and gave me a great price. I heard about Jack through a client of mine for whom he did a great job so I decided to use him myself and was not disappointed. I highly recommend using Jack and his company for any painting you need.

Jack and his team did a great job painting the interior of our house last week. They matched the paint colors to what we were envisioning and we are very pleased with how bright and fresh our new walls look. We really appreciated the team's attention to detail and their dedication to getting everything right. We have already gotten so many compliments on how nice our house looks now!

Century Painting recently painted our house including the walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and kitchen cabinets. They did a great job the first six days and we were very pleased with the quality of work; however, they rushed to finish everything on the last two days of the job causing major issues, which were handled very poorly by the owner Jack Jordan.
The kitchen cabinets were rehung while still wet, leaving them with several smudges, nicks, and finger prints. The crew leader, Johnny, had to come back the next day to sand and touch up every cabinet. Although, they looked much better after the touch ups, there are still several finger prints and smudges that need further attention. The cabinet doors also seemed to show uneven paint color evident from the lines left behind from whatever they were laying on when they were sprayed. Johnny told us that everything would even out once the paint fully cured. We decided to give Johnny the final check, even though we had concerns about the final product of the cabinets.
The next day, Jack tried to cash the final payment and the bank needed to confirm the check amount. They called me first and left a message then tried calling my wife, but we were both tied up in meetings. Jack immediately texted and emailed my wife several times, berating her for not confirming the check amount when she didn’t know what he was talking about. The check amount was confirmed once I received the message.
When the cabinets did not dry evenly, we asked Jack if they could come back to touch up the cabinets. Jack told us his crew spent more than enough time on our house and they were not coming back because we had unrealistic expectations. As we were getting our house back in order, we noticed a coat of white overspray on our dining room table and several areas of the hardwood floors that were recently refinished. What we thought was dust during the final walk through was actually overspray damage. When I sent pictures of the cabinets and overspray damage, Jack seemed concerned and asked if he could send someone out to take a look at everything. I told Jack we would be free later in the week, but we never heard from him for three weeks until we reached out to him to provide estimates we received to repair the overspray damage. Jack came to the house the next day and had two of his guys on their hand and knees for two hours trying to remove the overspray from the floors. This was after he and I exchanged words and he slammed our front door. Although the floors looked better, the overspray was not completely removed. His guys agreed the floors needed to be buffed and re-coated to restore them to their original condition. Jack didn’t want to hear this and eventually told us (in front of Johnny) that Johnny would have to pay us cash to cover the cost to fix the damaged floors ($600) and dining room table ($245) since he was responsible. This was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed. These types of accidents happen and this is why professional contractors are bonded and insured. Johnny also painted another coat on one of the cabinet doors and it clearly fixed the uneven paint issues.
In dealing with these issues, my wife and I both received several condescending and disrespectful texts and emails from Jack. Although Jack continued to make excuses for how all these issues could not have been caused by his crew, Jack eventually said he would be willing to repaint the cabinet doors, and pay to fix the dining room table and hardwood floors, only if we were willing to sign paperwork stating that we would not leave a negative review about him or Century Painting. Unfortunately this experience was so frustrating, unpleasant, and handled so poorly by Jack that we couldn’t give in to his bribe. I hope everyone reading this review thinks twice before hiring Century Painting because Jack is not easy to work with and has no idea how to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

I was extremely pleased with the staining provided by Century. The work was done in a professional, timely manner at a fair price. In addition, the painters were careful, courteous, extremely accomodating and easy to work with. Would definitely hire Century again.

Century painting did an amazing job painting our home. We had so many shoddy patch jobs on our walls from renters and they did an amazing job sanding most of them out. We also had flooring installed by another vendor and they came back and fixed some dings in the walls. I would hire them again!

Jack and his team of painters did fantastic work on our home. They accommodated a tight schedule leading to our move in date. The paint job was awesome, clean, fairly-priced and thorough. And when some adjustments were needed they quickly came back and made them. I would highly recommend Jack and Century Painting and will use them again in the future.

I hired Century Paiting to paint 7 interior rooms and to fill, caulk and paint newly installed trim molding througout the first floor. The paint crew was prompt each morning and hardworking throughout each day. During the course of the job we had some modifications and additions to the job. Jack (the owner) and Johnny (the lead man) were very accomodating and managed to keep the crew available to finish it until we were satisfied - both Jack and Johnny were a pleasure to work with. The crew cleaned up each day and again very thoroughly at the end of the last day after the walk-through. Johnny was on top of the job and his crew and made sure that we were satisfied. They did a professional job and I would use them again without hesitation.

Todd moved the plastic and that's why paint mist settled on surfaces. Floor has other paint and damage from the others, not us. We applied one coat one cabinets with no warranty because they did not want to do them right. I only charged $600 for an entire kitchen. His wife constantly texted, called and emailed everyday even up to 11pm daily and on Sunday. When Katrina did send messages she said it was all coming from Todd and that I should consider myself lucky that I don't have to deal with him. Often times when Katrina messaged me there was a lot of !!!! Or !!!????!! Or ????
Just a total lack of respect from the both of them.
As a crew none of us felt respected the way they talked to us. I was never going to have Johnny pay for anything . Johnny said he would because he got sick of Todd screaming about it while we tried to clean the floor. While talking to him in the house he told me to shut the F#ck up. That's why I walked out upset. Then later told me in an email to consider myself lucky that he didn't lay me out.
I'm not perfect , but we really do try to do our best.
