Loft Studios

Loft Studios is a small design studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a love for simple, perfectly imperfect, handcrafted design. Our products start with humble paper + pen hand sketches, and slowly evolve through traditional hand printing techniques like silkscreen and block printing. We choose soft, natural, sustainable fabrics + unharmful, unharsh, chemical-free water-based inks whenever possible. All of our products are made of 100% linen, loomed through a process that creates zero water or air pollution. As we see it, the world has given us so much of it’s beauty - it’s our duty to do what we can to sustain it. We choose to work exclusively with linen not only because of its minimal impact on the environment we cherish so greatly, but also because it makes for some pretty fantastic housewares! Linen is much stronger than cotton, virtually lint free, and gets softer with each wash. Linen is also highly absorbent and incredibly durable - when cared for properly, linen goods will last over 20 years! All Loft Studios textiles are hand cut, sewn, packaged + shipped from Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood.
