Norman 'Norm' Ebenstein founded Capital Commercial Properties, taking on the role of president for half a century. He had a hand in the creation of a number of residential properties, shopping malls, and shopping centers. Norm was particularly proud of his work on Eden Center, a shopping district in Virginia that served as a cultural and social mecca for those of Vietnamese heritage on the East Coast.
