Permanent Reflections

I am extremely impressed with both Randy and his work. He is a fantastic artist and did a jaw dropping job on my custom project. From the very beginning he was a joy to work with. He listened carefully to my ideas and concerns for the project. The end result was simply amazing.

Randy Mardrus or Permanent Reflections one of the most creative individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have been to his studio and viewed works in progress as well as completed pieces for customers. His artwork is among some of the most unique and detailed I have seen. The way he captures every aspect of a design is enchanting. Randy is a true artisan.

Glass Art Carving of a picture I sent Randy several pictures and a general idea of what I wanted and he provided a sketch of my work with multiple alterations at my request. Changes were usually within a few days, and sometimes a couple of variations of his own for me to consider. As we narrowed down my art drawings to a final project, he sent me a proposal with all costs laid out. Upon an agreement and a deposit for the project, I sent him a check (something I was very nervous about based on my distance from him), but Randy was very responsive and explained everything he needed to acquire. I received pictures at various stages through the course of the project, and received even more emails about his progress. When the picture was complete, Randy sent me multiple finished pictures, and then spent two weeks securing a safe way to get it transported to me. The shipping box he built was well made, and I received multiple pictures of him loading the glass. The picture arrived flawless. As for the quality, the picture attached doesn't do it justice, but it is representative of his work. Although Randy put more time and dedication into this piece than he estimated, he held true to his estimate. All of the windows have the sub-dividers in it, which given the size is incredible. The bear's fur has waves, and the way the light hits the palm trees is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone, and have to several people who saw my piece and were curious about it.

Amazing and talented artist. Easy to work with as well as completing work in a timely fashion. The glass etching work put the project over the top. The client couldn't be happier.
