During a free one hour consultation, Laura Diamond will discuss ideas, provide rough sketches, and present the client with a labor estimate for the project. A fifty percent deposit of the estimate is required upon signing the contract. The remaining fifty percent of the estimate, plus the materials cost, is due on the day of completion of the project.. Clients located outside of Bergen County are charged a travel fee, determined by distance.
