Bath Vault

This company is fraudulent. I am out $1,000 on a one person sauna that never got shipped. My saga began in February 2021 and is ongoing. They will not return emails and they say their processor is down so they can't issue a refund, I contacted the BBB and they never got a response either. DO NOT SHOP THERE!

I purchased a steam shower/tub combo from BathVaults website in January. Not only did it arrive a month late, but it was faulty from the start. Immediately after installation, the tub leaked. I contacted BathVault customer service, and to my surprise, they seemed genuine, like they wanted to help. But I was wrong. After they recommended a couple of possible solutions to me, it became apparent that there was a defect with the tub. Since March, I have called bathvault multiple times a day, each time leaving a voicemail. I have sent at least a hundred emails- ALL which have gone unanswered. No acknowledgement, no response, NOTHING. I paid nearly $7,000.00 for a steam shower and tub that has never been able to be used. Fast forward to September, between the unanswered emails and phone calls, I had to pay a contractor another $2,500.00 to disassemble and remove the entire unit from my home. Now, here I sit, $9,500.00 out, with a steam shower in several pieces. STAY FAR AWAY! Seeking refund- would give it 0 stars if I could.

Do not order from this company. They sent a damaged tub, probably a normal practice, and even after seeing pictures, decide to tell me that the issues are minor and want me to pay original and return shipping. AND this is after I talked to a Michelle about originally canceling the order. You can see my photo below and it shows that the tub is still wrapped with all these damages (scratches or stains, a white film that won't come off the knobs, a broken knob, and missing headrests)...ridiculous!
