Luxvanity

The $1,656.00 36" vanity with soft-touch drawers and a marble top/vessel that I ordered through Houzz had inacceptable defects considering its cost: 1) a nick at the front edge of the marble top, unfinished inside drawers, uneven doors, drawer pulls badly installed making it difficult to grasp, and sot-touch mechanism so "tight" that it extremely hard to open drawers. Lastly, the marble countertop is already showing wear and light scratches despite careful use. This is absolutely not a product that I would recommend for people expecting top quality. This product should not cost more than $300.00.

The product itself I ordered was nice, but shipment caused some issues as it was not well packaged. This is something I would like to see improvement in.

I had previously ordered a very similar product through a "big box" store. I ended up having to cancel the order after numerous delays, and ultimately the product was received damaged and defective (my contractor said the product was probably rejected by another customer, and it was just re-shipped to me without inspection...it was that bad). I was pleased when my order through LuxVanity was received one day ahead of schedule, and the product was delivered flawless. It looks great, and my thanks go out to LuxVanity for their responsiveness to my questions. I was a bit jaded from my previous experience, and they got me through it. :) Wasn't sure about ordering such an expensive item sight unseen online. I talked with Yani at LuxVanity and she was extremely helpful with follow up emails regarding delivery, etc. Great customer service!! The vanity arrived with no issues, no damage and on time. Even the delivery service was helpful. Nice vanity and overall great experience!!

We love our vanity, and we would definitely order products from Luxvanity again. Due to a shipping question, we ended up speaking to the owner of Luxvanity, Yanny answered our questions, and was extremely helpful. When our vanity arrived, we were so pleased with the marble top. It was the perfect solution for matching our existing bathroom tile. The design is modern, and a far better deal than anything we could find locally at Home Depot, Menards, or Lowes.

I was concerned about ordering the shower door over Houzz, but all went very well. The shower door arrived on time, in mint condition. The price was less then the big box stores. It took some patients and two people to install, but we did it. It looks beautiful and works exactly as described! Very happy with our purchase!
