Been working with fairview for awhile now as a contractor and they are always great. Paul neely always helps out and gets product when its needed. Jeff the delivery driver is always respectful and in a good mood, he always puts material where we need it or asked ahead of time. Recommend them all around.

I have had the pleasure in working with Cheryl Terry in Seabrook NH for my kitchen design on our new build project as well as the bathroom and laundry design. We have now moved into our home and I cannot say how wonderful it turned out. It was the most easy part of the project of the new build working with Cheryl. The natural cherry cabinets are made of a quality products and looks beautiful. I also want to acknowledge Thomas and Marco who worked hard on providing the best customer service for the other products we purchased (windows, siding, etc.) The staff at Fairview in Seabrook makes you feel that you are family and goes beyond expectation in taking care of all your needs. We were our own GC for the build and Fairview so helped to make the challenge a good experience. We highly recommend doing business with Fairview in Seabrook.

Fairview Millwork was our partner on our recent condo renovation project. They designed and supplied the kitchens, windows, doors, moldings, hardware, and connected us to high quality contractors who did excellent work and finished the job ahead of schedule and within budget. Horrible experience with Lonnie. The back and forth process to get a custom window quoted and on order with their rep took weeks only to have the size be wrong when I received it. Exact and specific dimensions and pictures were provided via phone and email and the window was still botched. What should have been a quick install turned into a 4 hour re-framing and trimming ordeal because of Fairview’s mistake. No recourse or compensation was offered and my issue was met with extreme rudeness. After asking around I found this is the typical experience with Fairview. Wish I’d have checked before instead of trusting. Steer clean of this business.

STAY AWAY! I am not one to write negative reviews about a company, my opinion is mistakes happen but it's how a business deals with them that really matters. I purchased Kemper cabinets through my GC in the spring of 2020 for a complete gut kitchen remodel and purchased the upgraded plywood boxes at the recommendation of my GC. The cabinets showed up and all the boxes were particle board. Additionally, the sink base cabinet was completely damaged yet cabinet marking indicated that it had been inspected. If you know much about kitchen remodels, having a damaged base cabinet is possible the worst thing that can happen as it delays the entire project. I never received any kind of apology from Fairview and, this is the part that really got me, they didn't consider me "the customer". Since the cabinets were purchased through my GC, they refused to communicate with me regarding the replacement for the base cabinet as well as the refund for the incorrect box construction; everything had to be dealt with through my GC. I made repeated attempts to call them and was always told that only my GC could be involved in the resolution. Our project was frozen for nearly 2 months without any indication from them as to when the replacement cabinet would ship. Additionally, I was owed a reimbursement for the difference in box construction. Fairview told my GC that once all the cabinets were installed, they would issue a reimbursement and an additional refund for the headache. I have no idea why they forced us to wait, other than hoping I would just forget about it and go away. I have still yet to receive my refund and Fairview Millwork has been sitting on $1k of my money for 7 months now. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you don't want to take the chance and go through what my family went through.

Initial experience was lackluster due to sales person, but thus far my dealing working with management have met my expectations.

Fairview Millwork is simply amazing! We are working with LEIGH FRASCA and he has been FANTASTIC! We started off getting some decking materials with Leigh, we liked his style so much we asked about front door packages... he showed us samples and really listened to what we had to say. He found us the PERFECT door with sidelites that vent!!! We never knew that such a door existed! He is so easy to work with, so professional and helpful. He spent hours sourcing the door and is now helping us with new windows! The quality at fairview is better than lowes and home depot and the sales people really know their stuff! I am so glad we found Fairview and Leigh, their customer service is second to none!

Cindy Seguin and Fairview were wonderful to work with! She was helpful with suggestions for planning, patient with changes to plan til I was happy with all my decisions. She helped anticipate decisions so I could make them before we left for month while work was completed. Cindy and my contractor kept in close touch with each other and me so process was smooth and completed when we returned. The3 damaged or wrong pieces were quickly dealt with by Cindy and manufacturers. We love our new kitchen cabinets and counters and highly recommend Cindy and Fairview.

I worked with Cindy Sequin at Fairview Millwork in Yarmouth, MA and it was a great customer experience start to finish. Cindy was recommended to me by a contractor that I interviewed and I will happily recommend her to anyone interested in a kitchen remodel. She is knowledgeable about their product lines and helped us find a cabinet line that met our needs and budget. She followed through on the project and went to my home to oversee the measure and installation of our quartz countertop. She even dealt with a leaky kitchen sink emergency for me while she was there! Talk about going above and beyond for her customer! She definitely made the remodel of our kitchen in our second home less stressful.

After a few uninspiring or prohibitively expensive meetings with other kitchen designers, someone locally recommended we give Cheryl Terry at the Fairview Millwork, Seabrook, NH location a try as they used her with excellent results. We found Cheryl was very easy to work with and came up with some excellent ideas that fit our budget and relatively simple taste. By most kitchen designer standards, ours is probably quite small in scale but we gained a decent amount of usable space, made the kitchen look a lot larger and more appealing and allowed it to transition smoothly into the dining area. The contractor Cheryl recommended worked seamlessly with her. All of the cabinets were on time and exactly as we hoped - no damage and no flaws. A large array of samples at her location helped with color and style selection - we went with light maple uppers and cannon grey lowers. We love our new kitchen. Cheryl Terry and Fairview are highly recommended.
