Koolbamboo

Koolbamboo, a dba of Big Bamboo Trading Company, Inc., was formed in 2002 as an import/export company with the plan of supplying the very best bamboo building materials available. We work closely with our suppliers in the field, making sure that the products we distribute are harvested using sound and sustainable methods and practices. Koolbamboo has evolved over the past decade from the retail sales of guadua bamboo poles and products to 20 and 40’ HC container wholesale shipments to markets in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean islands. Today we are focused on manufacturing with bamboo including products such as bamboo plywood and exterior decking, which we also combine with recycled lumber in our custom projects. Through our sister company Guaduatech we offer in-house architectural and design-build services and our kit and custom built structures will add to the beauty of any home or business.
