I ordered an outdoor shower faucet from this company. I needed the faucet to complete a project so a timeline was imperative. After a week I contacted to check status - there was no update and the woman on the phone was rude when I attempted to cancel the order and told me that the order would not be cancelled until she contacted me. Strange. I also emailed to cancel on the same date with NO RESPONSE. PlumbTile REFUSED to credit my card for the several hundred dollar purchase!!!! I had to open a credit card dispute to get my money back. Horrible business practice!!!!

I received the product that I ordered in a timely manner. There was only 1 small problem with some broken clips that are being replaced. Customer support was very helpful

I appreciated the new parts. Just wish they would have put the watermark mark on the items, the way the orignals had.

Beware before you buy from this company. I bought a kitchen faucet and the time to receive took a longer time then they said. I get the box and see the spout for the faucet is short and can barley fix a large pot under it to fill with water. It looks like a bathroom faucet. I contacted the company and let them know this problem. They said go ahead and return it but you have to pay a 35% restocking fee. I paid $900 for this lousy faucet and now they are going to charge me $315 plus shipping. OMG this is a joke. I'm being punished for a product that doesn't work. I'm trying to get them to fix this but nothing is happening. I'm going to fight this because it is unjust and should be so wrong to do this to a customer

Very good faucet just as described I bought two. No additional parts were needed. Installation was standard. This was a close out item. I would recommend this supply company!

There was a long lead time on the part but that was explained to me up front and I was given the option to cancel with a refund. I chose to wait for the part and received it sooner than anticipated. Good communication throughout. Great seller.

I was looking for a good quality towel bar and found Plumbtile has a good selection and great customer service.

We finally received the product after a couple of months due to a delay from their supplier. Not sure what caused the delay.
