This company built our pre-fab home. (They did not do the design.) From the beginning they were disorganized and slow to respond to questions and concerns. Their work product is good, but mistakes were made due to poor communication within the company. They were quick to deny responsibility for their mistakes - such as wrong placement of an egress window (not to code), and then refusing to pay for the siding that had to be redone. Here are some other issues: -their tile work was only fair -the electrical panels were placed in the wrong location, which necessitated a redesign and rebuild of the mechanical room -the HVAC ductwork was not designed properly, and does not provide adequate airflow They did make several visits to fix some major and minor items, but did not complete all of them. They did reimburse us for about half of the repairs, but refused the rest.
