Tile Tech Pavers

Excellent service throughout order and delivery. We choose Cemento Cement as our choice of product. Noticed trowel and floater marks on the tile, as this was the effect I was looking for in the product!. Next stage is the installation process. Tile Tech has certain installers that they recommend. Our deck is 12x32 ( second story) with a glass railing. The two should work good together. Anyway, shout out Tile Tech and Liz. Will send pictures of your review after installation. TileTech was great helping me put together the order of turf and trays i needed. They were able to come through with an excellent turn around time and were very flexible in making sure i had my ordered shipped out on time for the project.

Liz in sales was great and very helpful, she directed me to the links I needed to view how to install the product. She was responsive and we love the end result. I even had some surplus parts that Liz provided a shipping label so to return so I didn't have to throw them away or have sitting in my garage, never expected it but very happy not to waste good material

We have just had our PorceRustica tile deck installed and we are thrilled. From our first contact with Ronnie Tabibnia to our final work with Liz, who answered all of our questions, we are completely satisfied. Ordering the product based on our design was easy, and the price was so economical. The pattern choices and colors were very exciting. Liz sent us our samples immediately. Porcelain tiles don’t stain or fade. Wood and composite products turn green across from Puget Sound where we live. Liz arranged delivery that worked perfectly. She also assisted us in having all of he technical information to present to our Condo board for approval. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I had two balconies that I needed covered and did not want to use wood for maintenance and aesthetic reasons. I contacted Ronnie at Tile Tech and even though my project was very small Ronnie took the time to suggest the proper product and to ensure I had all the pertinent information to order correctly. I received the product as scheduled and was impressed with how good it looked. It was very easy to work with and install. I am very happy with my experience, start to finish with Ronnie and Tile Tech team!

I ordered custom coping from Tile Tech in March of 2016. After weeks of delay the coping that was delivered was the wrong size. I called the day after delivery to speak with Ronnie Tabibnia. He discussing the options, returning them and having new coping made (delaying the project another 12+ weeks), cutting each piece to the correct size (they were made 48"x 14" instead of 48"x 12") or using the coping as it was and changing the design to accommodate the new size. Ronnie strongly suggested we not send them back and start the process over as the order was 5 weeks later than expected and not fully shipped at that point. He assured me if we went with the the coping as is he would help with the additional labor cost as well as "take care of you [me]." For several weeks I spoke with Ronnie about "taking care of" our paver issue and a refund. It has not yet been resolved and Ronnie Tabibnia now seems to be going back on his word.
