Horrible experience with our new construction project!! DO NOT USE THEM!! Several errors and poor communication with the owner, Tyler. They didn’t arrive on time when expected, cut our walk thru pantry wrong, cut our master bathroom vanities wrong, left the stone in front of our kitchen sink with a gap all the way across so if the sink were placed on top, the stone would have cracked, sloppy seams in a bathroom that shouldn’t have even had seams, caulk lines cracked, overhangs over what was discussed… so many errors even though they sent someone to measure - on more than one occasion- and all faucets and sinks were on site and discussed in detail yet they still managed to do it wrong. The office staff and owner are liars and handled things unprofessionally. Our project was delayed, money lost plus time and energy lost— Save yourself and go somewhere else!

Measured or cut the sink wrong. took no responsibility. They it was my fault for not having sink on site when the tech came to measure which is not true, the sink was on site. They have a policy that you have to pay $250 to reschedule if everything is not there to measure so that is also nonsense. They handed the issue back to Home Depot even tho it’s their fault. Didn’t bother calling me, or apologize. I know have a delay in my renovation project which is costing me significant amount of money. They have been avoiding me. They also charged way more than it should have been. Don’t use them.

I was in the market for quartz countertops and I was told to go to Jackson Stoneworks. I'm glad I did because their selection was huge. They had almost too much to choose from lol. I liked that they had tile and cabinets also, so I could make all my selections while I was there and lay everything out to make sure it looked good together. Their sales team was very helpful, especially Slate. They also have a huge selection of remnants for any small projects you may have. I strongly recommend you stop by and check out their large showroom.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! We hired this company to do a small counter top and backsplash. We chose an expensive quartz. They came to measure. However, when it came time to install. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! The installer got off the truck smoking a cigarette, threw it in my lawn. Then kept telling me how when they were done they needed a tip. I don't have any problems giving tip for quality work. However, the story gets better. He kept bantering with his assistant about how long they had both been in jail and sharing stories. Extremely unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable. I have a wife and young daughter. Furthermore, the factory sent a super small piece the sink piece cut in two. The spliced it. I never was told there was going to be a splice. Worse part is the veins in the splice don't match. Poor craftmanship to say the least. The splice has a raised lip and looks horrendous. To make matters worse he decided to cut on my new deck and didn't even use soap and water to clean it. I told him that i didn't accept the quality of work and would not sign his work order. After they left i decided to pick up and noticed they had thrown their garbage in my trash can. If you wish to have a terrible experience use them. I have reached out to management and nothing has been done. I have waited enough time to see what they plan to do. Not a single person has contacted me. I just reached out to my attorney to get my money back. THE KITCHEN IS SO SO SMALL THEY PUT A SPLICE IN THE SINK THEY DID THIS TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO USE ANOTHER PIECE OF SLAB. THEY CHARGED 5900.00 FOR THIS SMALL KITCHEN!! DON'T USE RUN RUN RUN

Very bad experience with them. They originally quoted me $200 for gluing my sink back to the countertop. And they promised on the phone and said "it is just one-hour job". And turns out the technician spend two whole hours to complete the work. and the company force him to charge me for 2hrs labor, which is $400. During the fixing, I have to help him to hold the sink so he can hammer the edge of the sink to align with the counter top. He is really fumble, and seems inexperience and go stuff back and forth. But the most annoying thing is I realized the sink even didn't align well with the counter top after he left. What can I say! Bad luck to me to hire this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible experience with Jackson Stoneworks. Broke my countertop and delayed work for a few weeks and would not take responsibility for it. Made wrong cuts on the counter tops and would not fit sink. Owner Tyler said “not my problem”. Would not recommend using this awful company.

I purchased granite countertops a month ago and have have to call to find out when they were being installed. My reply was we cant find you paperwork someone will call you back. I finally got in touch with the sales person Slate and he now tells me they can't fit it on one slab and we now have to buy another slab after we had already paid half the Invoice for the job. So he want to double the price from 4700 to o er 8000 dollars. Talk about a bait and switch. Jackson stoneworks and Slate their sales person are crooks. Even if they invoice you and you have a contract they dont abide by it. I would not reccomend them to anyone at this point.

We have a small galley kitchen which had formica countertops that were dissolving. We ordered Bianco salvo to update the kitchen and it turned out beautifully. The measure team was efficient and the install team great - even with having to bring the counters up to the third floor. We could not be happier with the entire process and price! We will be using them again in our next condo.

Their mistake cost me an extra $500. Sent the wrong color sinks and when I brought it to their attention they said they would fix it for $1,000 The install guys were great. Office staff were horrible.

We choose Jackson Stone works to replace our kitchen counters. We had 85 sq feet of countertop to replace. The tear out of the original counters turned out to be very difficult and it took them 6 hours to to remove the old counter tops. They did an excellent job and not even a minor scratch to any cabinetry or damage to the cabinet frames. The crew was excellent and respectful and also took my direction and questions so that I felt I was important and not in their way. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I hired Jackson Stoneworks for some granite work in my home. They charged me $100 to measure and when it came time to install, they didn't show up. An hour and a half later they sent me an email saying they were not going to make it. This all occurred during continuous communication with their staff. Nobody seemed to know anything about what the others were doing. Since I had to pay them in advance for the work, I had to demand a complete refund. Ultimately, the refunded my money but kept the $100 for measuring. It was a total waste of time and set the completion of my project back several months.

Have been shopping for stone to renew our home. After hours of searching we selected Jackson Stoneworks. Excellent customer attention and guidance with an unlimited selection of stone products. Thank you Jack Ryals for your expertise. We so look forward to our finished project. B&J
