Murray Millwork

Everything went well for a while. I love my windows they are heat and cold resistant. My heating bills and electric bills are much lower. The windows were installed in late August 2015. One of the screens was bent and needed to be reordered. I waited for approximately one month before I texted the salesman I was working with. I texted numerous times and left many phone messages and finally called Bob the owner of the business. Michael the employee that sells the windows texted me back and hour after I talked to Bob saying that he would he would send someone out within 2 days to have the window screen fixed. He also mentioned at the end of the text that he was not responding because I had called his boss Bob. I found this coincidence impossible to believe. The worker did come out and said that the screen had indeed been in the warehouse at one point but he didn't know where it went. This all occurred in mid December. It is now past the middle of January 2016. Just last yesterday I put a call into my installer and left a message questioning the whereabouts of my screen with no call back. I now will call Bob tomorrow again to see if I can get some kind of response. This entire matter as taken close to six months and still I don't have a screen. I don't plan on ever referring Murray Millworks to anyone after the service I received. Therefore, though I love my windows I give the company 1/2 star due to the poor business practice of the company and the employee that sold me the windows.

Had our windows done by Windows by Murray and their sister company Murray Millwork came in and did our trim work. Love everything. Thanks
