About Us

We offer General Construction work, Renovations, Repair work, Finish Carpentry, Painting, Flooring and Tile, Installations, Custom cabinets and renovations for an elite Maui clientele. We are now located in Maui! Providing fine custom improvements for homeowners and businesses. Paul Sable, master craftsman, project manager, has just moved to Maui and has assembled a talented team of craftsmen. We are introducing our new division of Sable Studios. Formally in Caliornia. We have been working in the Construction trades for more than forty years. We can handle renovations, or the built-in units for an entire home. We create and install custom cabinets, doors, and do fine finish work for kitchens, general upgrades of all types. We have many contented clients, many of whom have become our friends. “Everything is possible” is our belief and have proved it many times over. Please contact us for your next project.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Paul Sable and his team. The work was performed exactly as described, on time and on budget. Paul and his team were artisans who took pride in a job well done. In addition to various projects, we engaged Sable Studios to install a custom made arbor gate, which required several skill sets, from carpentry to stonework. We have received compliments on the arbor gate and we appreciate the improvements that Paul and his team made to our home.

Awesome attention to detail and really fine work. I have done several kitchens with Sable Studios and he is such an amazing skilled craftsman. I am a electrical contractor and work with many different high end contractors like Sable Studios and he is at the top of the list.

Sable Studios, with Paul Sable, are master finish carpenters. Though I know Mr. Sable owes a wider variety of construction my experiences were interior and exterior fine finish. Over the years Mr. Sable has done high quality commercial cabinetry and associated utilities as well as several very fine projects in my home. Fine cabinetry custom made and expertly installed no finished and reworking a Victorian exterior staircase to my very exacting finish requirements.
