I hired DOT to renovate our town house last year 2018 , they have done a great job and we were extremely happy with them. They are organized, worked on a schedule, delivered a very good quality and they were responsive to any issue that we may have. Their recommendations are spot on and they are a problem solvers kind of guys. I would definitely hire them again for any future renovations.

I had my bathroom and basement completely redone by DOT over 6mths ago and I have been very impressed. I chose to not write a review until much later as I want this to be a somewhat long term review. If you’re looking to improve your home, I’d highly recommend this crew. I had quite a few quotes from other reno guys and I don’t think any of them would’ve done a better job. From the consultation to follow up, they look at your project from the user’s point of view and they would give you options to your idea. This turned out to be very important as some of my idea just wouldn’t work in real life LOL. You will be impressed on how well they manage their project and everything has a timeline that you can follow like when do you need to buy the door handles, get the paint, the flooring...etc. So it’s been 6mths now and everything works (unlike my kitchen reno) and wife is happy with my decision on going with DOT. When I’m ready for the next renovation, I’ll 100% use them again, no hesitation. I like to work with people who’re good at what they’re doing and keep their promises.
