I strongly recommend you interview other general contractors before considering Westgate Koenig. The level of professionalism and quality is significantly lacking. It was frustrating and scary to work with them. We used other general contractors to finish the project.

Our new home construction project turned out so incredible after hiring Westgate Koenig Group! After deciding to commit to do it takes such a great leap in faith and trusting in the right General contractor. We chose them because for many reasons. They came refered to us by my business partner. He had them build a 4000 sqft remote property that turned out extremely well! Westgate’s Experience, and Integrity were all very important to us and this company seemed to have it all. We hired Westgate even though they came in a little higher than the rest we met with but we understood completely the truth in "you get what you pay for!" So we believe we hired the true Experts and not just a handyman or someone's uncle who just got a job at a contractors design build company and signed us up for a nightmare! We have heard and witnessed the stories with our friends over the years. With this company however we felt confidant moving forward and yes very happy to give a good report on as they came to us with great design ideas and a great attitude! We were very happy with the entire process. It was designed to open up and flow and allow more storage space as well as maximize entertaining space. All this was achieved and we now have a house that is a pleasure to live in and doesn't leave us feeling cramped and small It was a clean design perfect with contemporary yet traditional style and flash. As a big fan of Post and beam work I new that this had to be incorporated. As well the Stone. wood, tile combo throughout make the space feel larger much more open! The designer, project manager and crew members were a pleasure to work with and to see on a day to day basis as well. We were given a realistic calendar to follow and they worked hard to stick to it. Very happy with the entire process and have no hesitation in recommending Westgate Koenig Group to build or renovate anyones home. We truly want to thank everyone again for a job especially well done. Great people to invest in and work with!

o Whom It May Concern: After a considerable search to find the right contractor for our home renovation we chose Westgate Koenig based on some advice from friends. If you are looking for a hard working, dedicated and budget minded contractor, look no further. They demonstrated the utmost care and attention to all details of our renovation. They seamlessly coordinated all the sub-trades necessary to undertake the work, always with consideration to our schedule. Our renovation initially involved a complete overhaul of 4 bathrooms and creating a more functional basement area into an office. The project became larger in scope and our requests for more changes were met with enthusiasm as they was never overwhelmed by these modifications. We replaced windows throughout the house and one sliding glass exterior door. All the flooring throughout the house was replaced for a more modern look. They were always able to find a solution that was workable for us. We removed the fireplace wall of stone to replace it with a more modern and sleek fireplace mantel that they designed and built. Westgate Koenig's positive approach to the renovation made it bearable to keep moving forward over the seven weeks of the renovation. Their suggestions were always welcomed as offered solutions to resolve any issues that may have come up. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the renovation as we have taken a 50 year old home and given it a modern look.
