Maverick Windows

We worked with Dan at Maverick on 2 houses at the same time in Dallas. House 1- Is in a conservation district and was promised 4 new 1st floor windows would match the 4 existing upstairs windows exactly. They don't. They forgot the trim design piece and when we requested to have job finished they said the type of windows they installed won't have the trim and be able to open/close. Job was done, too bad. House 2- We had 13 windows installed, but they forgot to install the kitchen window. They offered to install a home depot window while we waited another 8 weeks for the new one to be ready. He wanted to charge us again for installing the new one or leave a hole for 8 weeks. We ended up getting him to agree to put the new one in when it was ready. They also broke tile in our bathroom during installation and didn't make repair after we let them know about it. We wanted one final window put in and said the price per window charge was 75% higher than we paid for the first 13 to do one more!! We agreed final payment would be made when job was complete, however, they ran our card without our permission and we are still waiting 8 weeks for our window. The sub contracting company they used to install was good, but the communication with company was poor and when things went wrong they argued with us and got worse. It wasn't the worst experience ever, but they didn't come through with what was expected.

We had 5 windows installed with this company. They called the day before and we made the appointment. They arrived on time we had scheduled. the three men had are old windows out and new windows installed in 4 hours. They did excellent work and we are very pleased with the new windows. They are also very affordable. Thank you!

We are very proud of the excellent work done on our house! We got beautiful new windows, a lovely front door and storm screen door! Everything is perfect now, and we are getting compliments on the improvements! We are looking forward to saving on electricity, the UV protection on my wooden floor, and and the added beauty to our home! Maverick has been great from start to finish. They are very professional and have explained everything in detail through the entire process. Maverick Windows is a very professional and affordable company. The men who installed the windows were all professional and did their work in a very clean and neat manner. They went above and beyond installing the windows. They replaced wood that was rotten surrounding the windows. Our neighbors went with another Company and paid twice what we did for the same windows! They look great and block out noise from the freeways.

Everyone involved--the sales person, window measurement person, and installers--did a good job of making us feel comfortable about choosing Maverick Windows. It was a project well done, finished in a timely manner in spite of the weather! Love the new windows!

When a salesman from Maverick Windows knocked on my front door I was hesitant to open it, but I am very glad that I did! He was very nice. I had recently talked to my family about replacing my windows but had not taken the time out of my busy day to explore my options. He came in, we set up an appointment for him to come back with samples and colors and it was a simple process. My house is much brighter inside and much cooler with the new windows in place. The order came in when expected and I was called for an installation date and they were available the very next day. I am very happy with Maverick Windows and have told several people that I have seen on Facebook express needing windows to use this company. I am very pleased with the results, price and everything about Maverick Windows.
