Welcome to Act One!! If you need tile, marble or polished concrete maintenance or restoration, you've come to the right place. We're dedicated to keeping your hard floors and tile surfaces looking like you want them to. We work on marble refinishing, tile regrouting, tile repair, grout line recoloring, grout repair, polished concrete floors, stained and polished concrete, granite counter tops, slate, travertine and marble showers, vanities, and floors and deep cleaning of tile, concrete or stone surfaces. We couldn’t be happier with the work Clay did refinishing our marble kitchen and bathroom countertops. They were badly etched and I honestly didn’t think they would ever look as good as they do! I was impressed with Act One from the start. Clay provided a detailed quote with supporting docs detailing his process and recommendations. His communication was excellent and the job finished in the time predicted. Our countertops look amazing and we will be Act One customers here on out!

Clay responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and his level of communication in understanding what I needed and getting out to my home to do the repairs was excellent. Then, once here, he was able to explain what our problem was, explain how he was going to fix it and then provided helpful information about treating our surfaces and keeping them beautiful! He came exactly when he said he would, finished the job when he said he would and the initial estimated quote he gave me was right on target with what the final costs ended up to be. I would highly recommend Act One!

Clay redid the grout in my shower and bathroom floor and did an outstanding job for a competitive price. My bathroom in general was suffering from grout ~ 20 years old, so Clay and his crew had their work cut out for them, but it really does look great now that they're done. Additionally, everybody working was responsive to emails and making time for getting us a quote, which I really appreciated.

I've been struggling with wanting to have my bathroom shower tile re-grouted and trying hard to find a dependable company to do this small job. I hired Act One for the job and was rewarded with a shower that looks brand new. John was efficient, pleasant, cleaned up after himself and did an outstanding job. If you're looking for a dependable company that arrives when they say they will, meets and exceeds your expectations and has a wealth of knowledge about what they are doing, They gave me a reasonable price for the work and I received value for the dollars spent. I highly recommend Act One and I never do recommendations lightly.
