Advanced Granite Solutions

Nothing short of outstanding service. We have had kitchen counters done by AGS on two homes. We have been very satisfied every time. Cindy has been of great help and extremely pleasant. The project took just a few days from planning to completion. They even finished one day earlier! The work site was left clean and spotless. We recommend AGS without any reservations.

AGS recently installed counters in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in to the showroom to the time the installers left it was nothing but a smooth transaction. They were able to work around my schedule, they came out to measure within the week and the counters were installed a week later, less than 10 days from start to finish. It was wonderful to be able to choose the exact slab that we would be getting right there in their showroom too. Their prices were the lowest in the area too. I priced other kitchen and bath showrooms as well as the big box stores and AGS came in hundred's less than the others. The counter are gorgeous and make the house look so pretty, I only wish we would have done this sooner!

Assisted in selection of granite: Hailee was very knowledgable of all the granite and she was very professional. She took her time and did not rush me. She explained characteristics of each slab of granite I was interested in. After narrowing down my selections, she made sure I had a sample of those selections to take home. Seeing the stone in my home's environment definitely helped me decide which granite was suitable for my kitchen. Hailee was a great inspiration in my final selection. Now, when I look at my granite, I hear Hailee describing it"s unique characteristics! When they came to measure the counter tops they used high tech instruments, making sure everything was perfect & to my satisfaction. Installation of granite was very professional & they were respectful of my house. They also made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I am truly in love with my Giallo Napoli granite counter top.

We were referred to Advanced Granite Solutions by our cabinet provider. We walked in and talked to Hailee and she was great she showed us around their yard and let us pick a few favorites to get prices on. I had a sample from another location I was in love with and she matched it and gave us a price on that as well. We choose the one I had the sample of and they came out to measure. They were back after the cabinets were ready and the counter tops when in great. Great customer service and a friendly install crew, no complaints.

Overall, a disappointing experience considering all the positive reviews. I have wanted to upgrade my kitchen counter tops to granite for a while. After research and recommendations, I decided to go with Advanced Granite Solutions in Edgewood. My contractor (who I have worked with over the past 3 years and completely trust), was running point on my home project. The day the granite was to be installed, my contractor received a call about 4pm and the installers would be there shortly. In my opinion, this is way too late in the day to start this type of job. However, my contractor accommodated AGS since the installers were only a few minutes out. With that said, I was not able to receive any advanced notice/warning for the install. I was given no time to take the necessary steps to either clean out all my cabinets or cover. As a result, I had an extensive amount of dust in the cabinets as well as more than a light dusting on everything in the cabinets/drawers. There were also at least 2 pieces that the measurements were off. Once piece was cut an inch short in width. Very, very frustrating considering I had an existing countertop and even I could have measured with width of that piece. There was nothing I could do. If I ordered a new piece, I would run the risk that the new piece would not match the rest of the original slab. Also, the gap between the long black splash and the bar piece (the one that was cut short) in some spots was greater than 3/8". When I inquired with the installer, the response was we can fill that with caulk. Not the right answer. I did not pay for caulk. There was also a problem with the plumber not having the flexibility to adjust my drop in sink to be level. An additional appt needed to be scheduled with AGS to have a quality control team come out to inspect the install. It took AGS over 10 plus days to come out to make the necessary corrections. This would have been even longer if my contractor was not able to accommodate AGS schedule. This impacted my personal schedule for completing the balance of the work in my house. Again, this experience was extremely disappointing. Even though the granite looks nice, I was not happy with AGS. As the customer, I know have a piece that was cut short as well as the other problems and I don't feel AGS treated this with any urgency or no source of compensation for the one piece that was cut short. I don't know that I would recommend Advanced Granite.
