Barefoot Tile

We shopped at Barefoot Tile to keep it local, and stay away from the superstores that I find overwhelming. Cathy was terrific, helping me put together the look I wanted, and offering guidance - I really appreciated the assistance! We only did two showers, but she treated us the same as I’m sure she does for a large project. It’s a small shop, but with all the selection you’d want. And she’s ALWAYS at the there, ready to help. I highly recommend Barefoot!

Purchased tile from this store as I was trying to buy local and support a local store as I am from Jupiter. Unfortunately my experience is far from good. Came to their store several times for a specific light green only to get white once the shipment arrived. Upon receiving the shipment I did not open the boxes (my fault completely). I did see through the small opening in the box tops and it did look correct never thinking it would not be correct. The owner knew specifically I wanted green and all the samples I had priced were green as I did not want white or gray. I could have gotten white or gray anywhere. Once I was ready to install the tile I was shocked to find the tile not like the sample I choose. Thank goodness I kept the store’s sample board so I could compare and use until my shipment arrived. ” I was able to compare only to find it was Not green but white, and the surface not smooth but lightly rippled. Cathy (owner) would not do anything at all about this. Stone faced and ignored what she knew was an incorrect shipment. No quality customer service at all to at least try and help this issue. No apologies for the situation and never would she call me back when she promised to make calls to the manufacturer. My husband is a Contractor and never has he worked with a store that the owner was so rude and not even try to help the situation. Stuck with the tile and I will have to deal with my error of trusting a local store (owner) as I thought would have had better customer care. I strongly suggest you buy from Floor & Decor as their pricing is far better, excellent customer care, samples as wanted and tile is returnable if purchased too much or not correct.

Don't let the small size of this tile shop fool you! Cathy has EVERYTHING you can imagine - stone, porcelain, glass, ceramic - in hundreds of styles. And she's so knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with it's a pleasure being in the shop. When you ask Cathy for a specific style, she pulls examples for you. If you just want to browse, she's available when you have questions. She knows her products and researches with prompt answers when she needs to. We used Barefoot Tile for a large project (kitchen, bathrooms) four years ago and are back for another project. I highly recommend Barefoot Tile!

Cathy is extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my selections with a keen eye toward design and functionality. . . . the installation was perfection and extreme attention to detail . . . I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

I have worked with Barefoot on countless jobs and their customer service is wonderful. Showroom staff are very personable and knowledgable. If they don't have a desired product on the floor, they will go the extra mile to source it for you.
