Brockmeyer Tile and Stone

We used Brockmeyer for our counters and were happy with their work. Because of this, we hired them to do our backsplash. There were issues from day one. The installers showed up most days at 10am or later, took 2 hour lunches, and left by 4pm. The main installer had several "meltdowns" and took off, leaving his co-worker in our house. It took 2 men 5 days to tile a 24inch by 24ft area. I would have accepted all this if everything had turned out perfectly. Unfortunately, they chipped tile and left without fixing it. We had to send them pictures and have the installer come back to fix it. This time he chipped a different tile and hid it with heavy grout. We talked to the owner and showed him pictures, but he insisted the tile was not chipped. Since the damage wasn't as noticeable, we decided to let it go. This experience made me realize Brockmeyer is not a company I want to do business with ever again. I feel the owner dismissed my concerns and gas lit me about the tile being chipped. Very disappointing after we spent so much money there.

I can’t say enough about Brockmeyer Tile and Stone! I experienced outstanding service by their amazing team on our home counter-tops and backslash. The entire project was finished on time, exactly how I envisioned. Originally I had wanted black granite, Mike recommended another color and style for the kitchen island to complement my cabinet wood choice. It couldn't have turned out better. BTS Granite is by far the best in the region!
