The sales representative Kelly, was a true professional—experienced, competent, courteous, and friendly. His knowledge of product choices and installation requirements was outstanding. Promises made, promises kept. Every installation feature he committed to was executed exactly as described, with care and impressive quality. And then there’s Kevin—the installer. I previously owned and operated a water treatment and security systems business and worked closely with builders, so I’ve seen a lot of technicians over the years. I have never met an installer like Kevin. He was a maestro from start to finish: removing the old Duradek, meticulously preparing the deck surface, and installing the new Duradek with precision and pride. His attention to detail is extraordinary. Kevin doesn’t just do the job—he lives job quality. Given the challenges created by the deck’s original construction, Central Alberta Tile One didn’t just meet expectations—they far surpassed them. My basement flooded and Amber Scotvold completed the estimate and was so professional and provided me with so may options I did not even think of. I also had her send out people to give me an estimate on a fireplace. Every time I deal with her I get friendly professional service and she responds very quickly.

Central Alberta Tile One has an incredible selection of product, knowledgeable sales staff & meticulous installers. We completed a major renovation in 2010- installed engineered hardwood & slate floor tile, granite counter tops and intricate back splashes throughout our home. Everything was top notch- totally flush transitions in our flooring making it feel like a new build & not a 'renovated' home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for guidance in new builds, renovations- any project big or small.

We used Central Alberta Tile One for our vinyl plank job and we received exceptional service from the sales team to the install team they all did a wonderful job. We will be using them for all our reno projects.
