Custom Stone Products

I searched multiple places for the perfect countertop. I wasn't sure what material I wanted but knew I wanted something with blue in it. Shelby and Camille helped on explaining the differences in the materials. Shelby then took the time to show me several slabs. Once I found one I loved and a couple I liked Shelby got me quotes on all three. I was even able to see my stone being cut-out. I cannot say enough about everyone I dealt with. I would use them again and I highly recommend them. I was afraid my husband's budget wouldn't afford me to have granite but Custom Stone actually came in under my allowed budget.

My dream of always wanting a beautiful granite countertop in my kitchen finally came true for me. A couple of people highly recommended Custom Stone so I went there and met with Camille last October of 2021. I found she had good taste in colors and design. She actually helped me choose the color of granite I went with, however, I specifically picked out the slab at the Chicago location because I liked the deeper tone of that particular slab compared to the slabs at the Indy location. She immediately called Indy to see if they could get me the slabs from Chicago and they said they could. When I got home, I went to the website and printed the page of the Global Sunset Cream - Bundle A, Serial 20012. When the 2 slabs were delivered to Terre Haute, Camille called me to come and take a look at them, which I did and brought along my paperwork. I immediately could tell those were not the specific slabs I wanted and furthermore I saw the number was not 20012 listed on the label on the side of the granite slab. When I pointed that out to Camille, she immediately called Indy and they verified that whoever loaded that--loaded the wrong ones. A few days later, the right ones were delivered to Terre Haute and all was well. The 2nd week of February, Curt came out to set up his laser camera to get the exact measurements for the template. The 1st week of March, Curt, Clarence, and another guy came to install the granite countertop and did a fantastic job! They definitely knew what they were doing. The following week, Clarence and the other guy came back to install the Greige 3"x11" glazed porcelain tile backsplash and, once again, they knew what they were doing in cutting and installing this tile. I ordered new cabinet handles/knobs/drawer cup pulls and Clarence and the other guy came and got those installed on 4/8. Kitchen upgrade finished! Camille, Curt, and Clarence/other guy were top-notch in their area of expertise. In a couple of years, I might upgrade my bathroom and will consider using Custom Stone again. Carol Thomas

We are Happy with the countertops. They did a nice job installing them. Not happy with the communication from custom stone.
