Cutting Edge Granite

I was so impressed by the professionalism of Gabe, the manager who took the time to walk us through the whole process, from the selection of the perfect slab of quartz, to the detailed explanation of the processing, cutting and finishing our beautiful countertops, and finally to the installation of the perfectly fitting final product! My wife and I were also pleased by the young and well-mannered gentleman Ben, who showed up to take the measurements at our house! Their promise was kept: they arrived to install our countertops at the time we were promised, which was huge for us, as previously we had some negative experiences in the past, with contractors who promised but did not keep their promised timeline...

Cutting Edge was amazing. Andrei assisted us and told us to come in to view the actual quartz/granite slabs we were interested in. Good thing we did as the one we thought would work, did not, but we found one that worked perfectly. The men who did the installation were on time and even called 1/2 hour ahead to measure and install a week later. They did a fantastic job, asking me my opinion on how to go around the wood trim. He made it fit perfectly and it looked much better than what we had before. Andrei and the entire staff were very professional and helpful in assisting us with picking out the best product for our project. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Hired Cutting Edge Granite to make countertops for my kitchen, bar, and laundry room. I have never used them before but they had some quartzite material that was perfect for what we wanted so we went with them. Wow. We planned a waterfall on one side of our kitchen island and they absolutely nailed it. Could not be happier. Our countertops are perfect. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. Mike, Andrei and the whole team were very helpful with layout and installation. Just a really positive experience.

I used Cutting Edge Granite for the vanity countertop, shower curb, and windowsill for a recent bathroom remodel. I am very pleased with the product. Mario was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. I highly recommend this company and Mario.

Cutting Edge Granite did our bathroom remodel. They did an awesome job!! Everything was on schedule and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The quality of their work is fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone of my friends.

I've been using Cutting Edge Granite for many years now. They are awesome to work with and do a great quality job. I build custom homes and require contractors that go above and beyond what the customer asks of them, and that's certainly what Cutting Edge Granite has done for my projects. They have a fantastic showroom with many options and great design ideas. Their crew is always very polite and does a great job communicating with me. I'll post a picture of a recent bathroom project that they did the stone and tile in.

The Cutting Edge does not stand behind their work. In our case, Andrei claimed the tile they installed was to blame for the poor and erratic spacing between the pieces. He had no issues taking the money for the installation, but when it came to answering for the poor workmanship he shifted blame to escape accountability. A novice was able to take the leftover tile and confirm the issue was with the installer and not the tile - the pictures tell the story. Hiring The Cutting Edge was a terrible mistake on our part.

This is the second job I had used Cutting Edge. First happened 4 years ago with my home office desktop. Installation was seamless. This year we had our kitchen counter installed, a much larger job. Our countertop choice was honed Absolute Black granite. Purchased via Mario and, due to my contractor, had to reschedule the measuring and install. They were accommodating, friendly and timely. A few days after install, my husband noticed a few oil smudges....I called to see if they were able to fix that issue for me. Andre, the co-owner, came out. Not only did he correct the problem, he was also there when he said he would be (no waiting all day) and super friendly and knowledgeable. Bottom line, they did what they said they were going to do and when I had any issues, they rectified them.

I am going to be as respectful as possible but this transaction that did not happen has been a nightmare. several weeks ago I gave this company a deposit and chose a Quartz countertop expecting that this countertop would be installed by now. Two weeks ago I was informed that the Quartz that I chose was not available in the size that would fit my kitchen. I was told to relax they would find the material to complete the job. Today I was informed that they would have to refund my deposit. Which would be fine but for the fact that they have removed my backsplash and drilled holes in my existing countertop. It does not seem reasonable to me that a company selling quartz is not familiar with the available sizes of the slabs from various manufactures. Its hard to believe that Cutting Edge Granite feels that it is acceptable to return my deposit and leave my kitchen in its current state of disrepair. Guess I will be starting over, obviously with another company.

I can't say enough good about this company. It started with all the plastic corridors they constructed to protect the rest of my house. The workmanship was outstanding and they managed to complete the renovation of my bathroom in a very timely fashion. Everything turned out beautifully and I would highly recommend this company. I'm a satisfied customer. T he kitchen was completed August 2013. Mario was a helpful salesman in assisting me with my kitchen renovation. The workers that worked in my home knew what they were doing and left my house in order. Despite their error in measuring the counter top, co-owner, Andrei, made sure that the job was still completed on time. Co-owner, Gabby, ensured all plumbing hook ups were completed thoroughly that same evening. Again this year, I've worked with co-owner, Andrei, and he is professional and helpful. He hasn't hesitated to assist me with the current bathroom remodel project for one of my two bathrooms. He's provided me with ideas and alternatives to questions I've had in planning and making decisions for the project. I recommend Cutting Edge Granite to any friend that may ask for one.
