We’ve used DC Custom Tile (Don and his crew) three separate times now, and they’ve become our go-to tile company. The quality of their work is consistently excellent. The team is methodical, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in getting everything right—from layout to the finishing touches. You can tell they don’t rush; they work with precision and care. Beyond the craftsmanship, they’re just easy to work with. Everyone on the crew is professional, shows up on time, keeps the project moving, and maintains a clean job site throughout. That combination of reliability and quality is hard to find. If you’re looking for a tile company you can trust to do it right, DC Custom Tile is an easy recommendation.

Don was an unbelievable help to my husband and me. We were left with a huge amount of damage done by a company who did "repair" work in our home. We had to find someone to undo the damage and put our home back. We are elderly and we were at a loss as to what to do. Don stepped in and worked hard to find the materials we needed, to undo the damage, and then give us great workmanship for our home to look great again. He was always on time and communicated well. He is a very quality person so we were very comfortable trusting him in our home. We also needed work other than tile, and Don had the connections to get us the right people to finish the job with the craftsmanship that our house needed. We would use Don any time. We trust him and his advice to be the right way to go. Thank you, Don!

Don at DC Custom Tile did an outstanding job from start to finish. He provided a quick and reasonable estimate. Just getting companies to provide an estimate is like pulling teeth, but Don responded with in 48 hrs. DC Custom tile was always easy to contact and discuss any aspect of the project. Rob our installer was always on time, professional and very easy to work with. He did a perfect job on our backsplash and we are very happy with the results. DC Custom tile is a rarity in the home improvement contract world and I recommend them highly. Thanks again for the great job.

D.C. Custom Tile aims to please! We hired them to do our bath to shower conversion and we are beyond satisfied. Don, Robert and the DC Custom Tile Team provided high quality work and did a beautiful job. This is true craftsmanship. They kept the work area completely clean as they went along, so while I was originally worried that I would have dust and debris everywhere, there was none! Phenomenal! I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone! Thank you!

We hired Don on a recommendation from the GC remodeling our town home. When it came time for the tile install it was Dons helper that showed up. He never worked more than 2 hours a day and our 3 month remodel turned into 6 months. I asked for a curbless shower pan because I have Parkinson’s and don’t want to trip going in or out of the shower. Don wanted his final check before the grout dried. A few days later the plummer installed the trim. When we ran the shower we noticed pooling in the bottom of the shower pan. He never came back to look at the shower. He texted and told us we would have to pay again for him to fix it because we “picked the pan” . he gave us 2 “options “ the 2nd option says best option “his recommendation “ so we took the second option. I measured the slope of the shower pan with my limited measuring skills and it appears that the pans slope is less than the required minimum.
