The kindness, personal attention, and professionalism provided each time we stopped in for samples, requested estimates, and then changed our minds again, and again, was greatly appreciated. Omy’s willingness to help us with design suggestions, Kayla’s quick turnaround on estimates, and Matt’s meticulous attention to detail sealed the deal. From their pricing, to scheduling, to installation, we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful kitchen and bath quartz countertops from DSS Granite. Highly recommend!!

One slab was installed backwards from the rest of the kitchen which they did come back and replace. Due to not property supporting the weakest point (around the sink) our counter top cracked. When I called and explained the situation they immediately asked questions about kids being on the counter or said I might be using a cleaner that could harm the top. Was supposed to get a call back and they were supposed to come look at the issue however they did not call nor did they come over. Being a small local business I wanted to go with them however I have learned my lesson and will stick with larger companies that actually take care of their customers. Spending 4-5 thousand dollars for a few slabs of counter I would expect better service. I am currently trying to find another reputable company to come and fix the crack as well as properly support this section of the counter DSS left floating above the support base of the cabinet. Look elsewhere if you are wanting service after they take your money.

We love our quartz countertops and vanities. DSS did an awesome job, from explaining the process choosing the product, and on time installation. They even cleaned everything up when they were finished. Would definitely recommend them . Thanks for a great job DSS!
