My earlier review mentioned that the counter top installation was un-satisfactory. The contractor has made arrangements to rectify the problem. I believe our issues were because we worked thru a 3rd party contractor and did not have direct communication with Emerald. I spoke to Turk, the owner, and found him to be very professional and committed to a quality experience.

Installed counter with a gouge, and a badly cut corner which prevented a cabinet from opening properly. After 2 failed repair attempts, the top was replaced, but nothing was done to correct the corner. Beware!

Beautiful countertops and well installed. Very pleased with the overall result. Good warranty on product. I would recommend them over other companies I looked at.

Beautiful granite well-installed. Sales manager helped us select matching tile. He suggested a lower row of squares, tiles on the diagonal above it, separated by a row of 1/2 round darker tile. Lots of great comments on our kitchen now.
