I purchased Emerstone Borghini Gold for my kitchen remodel in 2022. About a year ago I noticed some staining on the counters and couldn't clean it. There are several spots with marks, as well as some slight chips by the sink. I have quartz in all of my bathrooms and have not experienced these quality issues. The quartz in the other rooms is not Emerstone. I started reaching out to them in January to file a claim. I have received the runaround multiple times. When the sales rep finally did come out, he claimed that all of the marks were from thermal heat he thought but that he would submit it to see what could be done. It is now July, I have reached out to them several more times with zero response. My fabricator was finally able to connect and was told that they wouldn't be honoring the warranty. Again, no one at Emerstone has contacted me and I can say with 100% assurance that this was no thermal heat, as I have never placed anything hot on the counters. Do not buy Emerstone, it is not good quality and they do not have good customer service. They do not honor their warranty either.
