This was part of a complete kitchen remodel. I ordered a large edge grain island, a large end grain cutting board and a cheese board. He made the whole process simple and enjoyable. I visited his work shop to meet him and get some samples. His enthusiasm and knowledge is impressive. He was quick to give me quotes and offer his suggestions, but was not pushy. His pricing was very competitive and his communication was great. The finished products speaks for themselves. My wife and I are very happy. Not only are the products great, but his craftsmanship, pride in his products and customer service, truly set him apart. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Patrick did a fantastic job with our countertops. They look absolutely amazing and are exactly what we expected. Very reasonable price and an absolute professional, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get any type of wood work done. Our recently purchased home had a small kitchen with very dated cabinets and very old laminet countertops. After a few questions and measurements, Patrick began working on our custom maple countertops. While we made the countertops, we painted the cabinets to give the entire room a fresh look. My experience with Grain Woodworking was nothing but positive . Patrick was pleasant, upbeat, positive and helpful. My butcher block is 2 ft x 3 ft by 3 inches thick. It's a wonderful addition to my new kitchen . It pairs well with my granite counters. We placed it to the left of my stove and use it everyday. Impressive piece of hardwood. Excellent experience.

Very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the product I received. I worked with GRAIN woodworking to craft a 7' x 3' x 2.5" walnut butcher block counter top. The final result exceeded my expectations. Everyone the sees the new counter top is blown away by how great it looks. I have had the butcher block counter top for several months and it looks as good today as the day the product was delivered. Also, GRAIN woodworking was great to work with. I had no idea what I actually wanted and GRAIN was very patient explaining things to me as well as sending me various samples of wood in order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
