Absolutely amazing service all around. From Shannon the design project manager, to the person that came to measure. His attention to detail is next level. The current vanity counter we had was thin and instead of trying to shave a counter down that wouldn't work he suggested they would trim the edge to overlap so it wouldn't be noticable. I'm extremely impressed with the results. He also centered the sink which our original wasn't. Very happy he pointed that out. Also, the upper cabinet and lower cabinet in our kitchen didn't align but he made the counter width to the top cabinet so it's not even noticeable anymore. Again, his attention to details like this make this experience amazing. To Ben, Maxime and the other gentleman I didn't catch his name unfortunately were all awesome. Organized. Efficient. Excellent service. I even like how they used the clear silicone for a much nicer finish between counter and back splash on the vanity. They took the time to check where I was putting back splash in my kitchen. Just amazing service all round. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

I DO NOT recommend Granite design. Please avoid this company at all cost and run away. If there were a negative rating option, I would have given them -5. We hired them through Home Depot to install kitchen countertop. The workmanship is subpar and of poor quality. The kitchen countertop, particularly the area that is “supposed” to be “flush” with the kitchen cabinet, looks ugly, unattractive and is unacceptable and does not cover the cabinet trim. There is a big gap between the countertop and the windows. I was told that it is my responsibility to fill these big and ugly gaps with caulking. Additionally, the backsplash for the vanity countertop is skewed, misaligned, and the edges are not smooth. More importantly, they don't accept any responsibility and refer the customer to their policies. I wasted my money and time and ended up with an ugly kitchen countertop. My biggest regret. I wish Houzz had a system so I could upload pictures so you could see how ugly and unacceptable the kitchen countertop looks like. Please avoid this company.

Worst service experienced ever, took measurements 5 weeks ago, was told 2-3 weeks delay before install. Still wiating for an install date conformation. The '' supposed'' sales rep does not return calls or messages, can"t talk to anybody but the poor secretary who has to deal with it. We can't get a straight answer as to where we stand with this job. Really bad experience.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with Granite Design. We hired them through Home Depot to install a 10' straight countertop. Can't get a job much easier than that. It was to fit snug against the back wall and a short sidewall. What we got has a large angular gap along the back wall and an uneven overhang in the front. On top of that, they improperly glued the two pieces together that made up the countertop. As a result, there's a sharp bump along that seam. Oh it gets better, after numerous emails and phone calls, they finally sent out a technician a couple weeks later. He took one look at it and said he could do nothing about it. Now I'm back to trying to get a hold of someone at Granite Design to fix this. Once again, I'm getting absolutely no response from them.

Worst after sales experience ever ! They have ignored requests to repair granite countertops they installed for well over a year. Be very careful and examine every flaw prior to installing them because once they are done so is your chance of ever getting them to provide any customer service. I wouldn’t even rate them a one star.

We had chosen Granit Design and picked out Quartz counter top . They came and did an excellent job of measuring and then came back for the install . The team of Andrew ,Felix Antoine and Ezekiel did an amazing job on the install. They arrived on time were meticulous in making sure everything was perfect and cleaned everything up and most important wanted to make sure we were 100 % happy with their work . I would highly recommend Granit Design for any future project you might have .

I had renovated my kitchen and needed to install a countertop. I shopped around and found Granit Design to be the most reasonably priced (They partner with Home Depot and IKEA). Other stone companies wanted to charge me for the whole stone slab after cutting my stone, not Granit Design. They even honored the original price of C$85 per square inch which they quoted me. The price went up to C$100 whe I was billed but they billed me the old price. From the measurement process to the billing and installation, it took a couple of months but it was worth the wait. Lila Doucet was my contact coordinator. She went over and beyond to schedule my installation, and work with me to make it as smooth and professional as possible. She was a pleasure to work with.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a terrible experience all the way through leading up to the actual installation. 20 minutes after the install a big chip fell off my counter. Here are the “highlights” Terrible communication throughout. Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Charged me an extra $100 out of nowhere for rescheduling an appointment even though it was well before the 48-hour policy. Install team left my place a mess. They brought the wrong sink for my bathroom so they had to come back 5 days later, leaving me without a sink/plumbing for that much longer. Then they installed a chipped counter and refused to replace it. I feel completely scammed. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. I hope people see this review and use a different company. I have no clue how they are able to stay in business. I have no clue how they are able to sleep at night after ripping people off. So so bad. All I can do is laugh and be thankful it’s finally over and I will never have to deal with them again.

We just had new beautiful quartz countertops installed by and from Granit Design. This company was very professional and efficient through the process and we recommend them to anyone looking for quality in this area.

We have worked with Granit Design now for many years and projects and have found them to be professional and helpful. This particular project was a high-end home and the "White Ice" granite countertops from Granit Design helped to complete the space perfectly.
