I would give no stars if I could. Very dissatisfied with this company. They sent someone out to measure 2 times. The measurements were wrong. They told me it was because we dropped the ceiling when we finished the kitchen. I paid for the trim to go to the top and they did not want to credit it. My cabinets arrived ($20000). The skin on 2 cabinets was missing as well as the glass for 2 cabinets and fillers. I have yet to receive them. They told me I need to all Kraftmaid myself. The counter top ($7200) was installed incorrectly and they are not trying to blame the fact that they shimmed it above the supports on my builder. BEWARE!!! It is everyone's fault but there's. My recommendation would be to not purchase you will be sorry.

I used granite outlet for a kitchen remodel. The expensive quartz that was installed in my island in November has a crack running through the width of the slab. This was noticed several months after the installation. When Granite outlet was contacted. It took a bit of discussing and convincing to get my courts island, countertop replaced under their warranty. Leo, the operations manager, told me the replacement could occur once the inventory was back in stock, which would be about 45 days. It’s been way more than 45 days and no one from Granite outlet has been in contact with me. I called yesterday morning just speak with the sales rep Kenny, who was supposed to call me back. Today at 4:55 PM I realized no return call had been received so I called Kenny again. I was told by Walter that Kenny was in a meeting, but I should call Leo, the operations manager, and a new phone number was given to me. I was also told that operation closes at 4 PM. So I did not reach Leo today, but I did leave a nice voice message for him for Monday morning. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere because I’m sure they’re great when there’s no issue but you really only know what an establishment is made of when there is a problem and how they handle it. This organization handles it poorly at best with an incredible lack of responsiveness.

We worked with Dorelys in choosing the style and layout for our new kitchen. She was very helpful and had great ideas! Granite Outlet has a huge selection of cabinets, counters, backsplash, hardware, and flooring to choose from and Dorelys always took extra time to make sure we were happy with the design. About a week into the job, progress started to slow down and ended up taking a couple more weeks to finish than expected but all was resolved and kitchen looks so nice. We get so many compliments! Thank you Dorelys!

I worked with Dorelys for months and she was wonderful. She is thorough and extremely patient. All throughout the process she helped me tweak and improve the design of my new kitchen, even offering lighting and other suggestions when asked. She worked tirelessly to make sure that I had considered every option and was very accommodating towards my busy schedule.

I had a full kitchen installed including granite counter tops and I am very very pleased. The contractors were very skilled and prompted.
