Joaquin was VERY knowledgeable and it was clear to me how much he pays attention to detail when we met to go over the scope of the job. I needed for him to remove and fix a poor job and he pointed out issues I hadn’t even noticed. This is rare because I notice everything! Joaquin was always there when he said he would be as well as kept me informed of the job as it progressed via texts and pics. His work was excellent and he was so easy to deal with! I’ve dealt with flaky and subpar contractors as well as tile setters who were total nightmares to work with. Joaquin was the opposite! He was professional from start to finish and I would not hesitate to use him again! He ensured with each step what was wanted and also made suggestions. He was also clear what he provided and provided a complete bid and contract with the payment schedule very clear. His bid was very fair too! He did a complete walk in shower and backsplash and it turned out beautifully! Do NOT hesitate to give Joaquin the opportunity to do your job! You will be happy you did! While his business may be newer, his background training and attention to detail are what sets him apart from everyone else.
