Johnny and Francisco were excellent, highly recommend. Got the work done efficiently and were very good about explaining the work they were doing. Easy to talk to and worked very clean in/around my house. 5/5 recommend these guys.

They have you sign a piece of paper stating they can place seams wherever they want. This also includes chopping your counters in half when their drawings don’t show it to maximize their slab. This would be fine if you got a heads up with the option to pay for one solid piece or at least a courtesy notice you’re about to get two pieces instead of the single one you paid for and are expecting. I now have a seam in a small L shaped piece where Kat was trying to make the most out of their slab. A notice that hey were about to cut my countertops in half would have softened the blow. The contractors they use to install are great but the company itself I wouldn’t recommend. Heartbroken as we saved forever for these countertops.

Kat refused to complete our countertop installation for no viable reason. They broke the first countertop in the shop, chipped the second and had sink in wrong place, then declined to deliver a finished product altogether. Unfortunately Home Depot solely contracts with Kat and we have no other recourse for getting our simple small project completed, costing us time, money and lost income on a rental property. Home Depot has been equally unimpressive, surprisingly. They need to review their relationship.
