I have had Mainland install granite in 3 of my houses and have always loved the quality of their workmanship. I loved the butcher block island I had installed at my last house and wish I had room for it in my new house. Kevin B. has always been a pleasure to work with and always answers all my questions with great knowledge. I will use them for all my future projects!

After my divorce, I purchased a small track home with the hopes of slowly remodeling it as my budget would allow. Now 5 yrs. in, I was finally ready to tackle what I thought would be the most challenging, my Kitchen! I went to several places looking at countertops but remained confused on which was best for me. Mainland was recommended to me and I'm so glad they did! They gave me a tour of their showroom and shop, listened to what my needs were and helped me pick out what I consider the best choice for my lifestyle. Their installers were prompt and courteous. I can Honestly say that my Kitchen ended up being the Least challenging project!!!

I'm an interior designer that frequently works with Mainland Stoneworks. They always install a beautiful countertop for my clients! The staff is friendly and knowledgable and quick to respond!

Very disappointing dealing with them. I went in 6 weeks ago and met with Kristi. Had a great experience in the showroom and she was very friendly. We decided to go with them for the personal service and I loved that I was dealing with the owners of the company. I put down a $4800 deposit and was told that she would order the slabs so that we would have a limited delay once we were ready to install them after the cabinets were in. Well, no communication from them in the 6 weeks, I went by there Wednesday to verify that the slabs were there and they were ready to set up the measurements and cut/install. Well, they never ordered the slabs. When I called them today, I was told they would never says that. I know what conversation we had and I know that was the reason we chose to work with them. I am no longer working with them and I am waiting on them to refund my deposit. Spoke to them at 12 noon and still no refund on my CC. Now I get to start over with another business, but at least I will find one that is true to their word. Monday 5/9/2016 at 1 pm and still no refund on my CC even after the Owner (Kristi's husband) told us it would be no later than 12 today. I tried to call and talk to Kristi and was told she is not available. The refund was processed and credited to my account on 5/13/2016

I have used Mainland both for installations on rental properties and in my own home. They repeatedly prove to be the best I've dealt with. Initially they were recommended to me so I looked at their workmanship on several projects. Thereafter I asked them to quote my first project. I found them both extremely responsive and competitively priced - better yet, they were timely, clean, and did EXCELLENT work. They even made suggestions to better the project. Now, after multiple uses, I do not get any other bids. I simply call Mainland Stoneworks and know I can trust their workmanship, responsiveness, and pricing. These are good folks to do business with.

Mainland is quick and responsive. The quality of install and service is top notch. We have had several jobs done within my retail store and I have also used them in my personal home due to the awesome work they do at my business. Their installers ask questions before assuming to make sure you will end up with the end result you envisioned. There is no job too small that they won't help out with. Their salesman are also very responsive and quick to come into the field to make sure things are correct before anything pops up unexpected.

Installers did a great job aligning sink side with only one short seam left of range/stove top; left counter aligned to clean wall line, no backsplash; guest bath counter did a great job with smooth clean finish on countertop with new sink provided and installed at this quaint townhome!
